1. Introduction
Welcome to the website and creative studio of Franco Caffaro (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By accessing this website or hiring my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a project.
Services
I provide creative direction, AI-assisted visual production, filmmaking, branded content, fashion visuals, product campaigns, and virtual production services.
Each project is governed by a written agreement, proposal, or booking confirmation outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and usage rights.
Optional add-on services such as storytelling development and voice-over production may be included for an additional fee.
Copyright & Usage
All creative work produced by Franco Caffaro remains the intellectual property of Franco Caffaro unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final approved deliverables for the agreed purpose (commercial, advertising, social media, internal, etc.).
Raw project files, editable timelines, AI project structures, or source assets are not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
Use beyond the agreed scope (extra territories, paid ads scaling, TV, resale, etc.) may require an extended license.
Credit may be required when work is used publicly, unless otherwise agreed.
Project Workflow & Validation Stages
Freelance projects typically follow this structure:
Payment Structure
50% upfront payment is required to begin the project
Remaining 50% due before final delivery
Validation Stages
Stage 1 – Visual Direction Validation
Review of creative direction, references, style frames, and overall look & feel.
Stage 2 – First Animated Version
Initial motion/video version for structural feedback.
Stage 3 – Final Animated Version
Polished version including sound, pacing, and final visual treatment.
The final stage includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Additional revision rounds are billed separately.
Bookings & Payment
A project is confirmed once the 50% upfront payment or written approval of the quote has been received.
Accepted payment methods
PayPal
Payoneer
Work begins only after the upfront payment is completed.
Late payments may delay delivery.
Final files are delivered only after 100% of the agreed payment has been received.
Cancellations
Upfront payments are non-refundable, as they secure production time, creative development, and scheduling.
If a project is paused or canceled after work has begun, completed work up to that stage remains billable.
Delivery
Final deliverables are provided digitally via Google Drive.
Unless otherwise agreed, standard delivery format is:
4K resolution
60 fps
Optimized master file for professional and social distribution
Alternative formats can be provided upon request.
Source project files are not archived long-term unless agreed in advance.
Editing & Creative Style
All color grading, editing, and visual treatment are delivered in Franco Caffaro’s signature cinematic and AI-enhanced style.
Requests for stylistic changes outside the approved creative direction may require additional fees.
Privacy
All personal and project information shared during collaboration is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a smooth and professional production process, I am not liable for delays or issues caused by:
Platform outages
AI tool limitations or generation inconsistencies
File hosting issues
Unforeseen technical problems
Third-party service failures
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project.

These terms may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always apply to new projects.
